The MediaVise® Compact V-Spike SSD Destroyer is our compact desktop SSD destruction solution with an added layer of protection to render any drive inoperable and unreadable.

The MVC-V-SSD combines physical destruction with Phiston’s V-Spike technology into SSD electronic components. The device has specially designed plates with interlocking pyramidal teeth that puncture, crush, and demolish every square inch of media. The device delivers 20 tons of destructive forces with the combination of 24V power applied to its semiconductor junction.

Built on the same robust platform as the MVC-SSD, this destroyer is a remarkably powerful and compact digital media destroyer. The V-Spike SSD Destroyer can securely destroy SSDs, Enterprise SSDs, smartphones, circuit boards, USB & flash drives, and CD/DVD/Blu-Ray. It is CE/EU listed.

Compliance ▼

Debris is ejected directly into the included collection drawer until it can be safely disposed of.
The drawer holds one computer SSD or two laptop SSDs. A debris chute is also available.
RFI and EMI Suppression to minimize interference with other electronic equipment in the vicinity.
Noise suppression to 65db is much quieter than the 85db threshold acceptable to OSHA for the workplace.
